小贴士蒸虾为什么要*水呢,为了除虾肚子里的脏水和腥味。爱吃辣的可以给干红辣椒炸或者是辣椒油和辣椒酱,看自己口味调料,我今天这个葱油的味道太美味了。记住生姜大蒜末,葱花都比炒菜多一份,香味才好。拌别的菜也可以用的,今天我没放辣味是想吃虾的原味。蒸虾要老虾蒸,老虾的壳硬可以保护肉汁少流失,老虾的头部虾黄也好些。虾一定要刷洗干净。蒸虾的时间不能太长肉蒸老了就没口感了。我最喜欢做蒸虾好吃,吃的时候干净。
最后的摆盘太豪横了,摆出了大餐的感觉
